We, our, and us, when used in this notice, mean Baylake Bank.

We recognize that protecting children’s identities and privacy online is important and that the responsibility for doing so rests with our industry as well as with parents.

Concerns about your privacy. We use the same standards of care for your Internet activity as we do for your transactions with us made in person or through other forms of communication. User ID and password. Baylake Bank has established a User ID and password to assure the privacy of all of the information available to you at eBanc. Your password is solely for your personal use and prevents others from having access to your personal and confidential information available to you on this site. We also allow you to change your password at any time and encourage you to periodically change your password in order to help ensure the privacy of all information available on this site.

Baylake Bank Security Policy. The security of our Baylake Bank eBanc Internet site is handled in several ways. First, we control the security of our customer information as it is sent from the customer's PC to the Web server and then to our bank. Second, we protect the security of the environment of our Internet banking server and customer information database. Third, we implement special security measures to prevent unauthorized users from attempting to access customer information through the online banking section of our eBanc Web site.
