Save the mBanc LogOn page into your Favorites on your cellphone.
Should you ever delete the text message or email containing your next
One-Time Password you can request another one be sent by scrolling to
the bottom of the mBanc LogOn page then click the button labeled One
Time Password to request a new message be sent. (hint: the
page to request the One Time Password could also be saved to your
Favorites for even quicker access)
Nicknames
mBanc will mask all but the last 3 numbers of your accounts.
“Nicknames” let you
choose your own name for your accounts. When viewing your accounts on mobile
banking Nicknames will help distinguish among your accounts.
To name your accounts, Log In to eBanc choosing the option “Take Me to Change
Nicknames.” The "Nicknames" button will allow you to select the account you want
to give a nickname to, and allow you to add a name that best identifies each of
your accounts.
Transfers
mBanc allows transfers to be made among your accounts. Select the account you
wish to transfer from > select Transfer > then select the account you want to
transfer to. Enter the Transfer Amount then click Submit.
Important note: The Transfer will be submitted immediately upon clicking
the Submit button. A text message will be sent with the transfer
confirmation.
