Appointed Market President for Baylake Bank
December 16, 2013 -- Green Bay, WI
Bank Vice President—Commercial Banking Manager Jamie Alberts has
been promoted to the position of Market President for Baylake
Bank’s Green Bay area region. As Market President he will lead
the commercial banking and private banking teams and assist in
driving Baylake Bank’s growth in wealth services and retail
banking, as well as participate in Baylake Bank’s community
involvement in the region.
According to Baylake Bank President and Chief Executive Officer
(CEO) Robert Cera, the promotion recognizes the many
contributions Alberts has made to clients, fellow employees, and
shareholders of Baylake Bank during his 18 years with the
company and provides him with additional leadership and business
development responsibilities as Baylake Bank continues to expand
its business and retail client base in the Green Bay area.
“With his foundation and experience as a commercial banker,
Jamie will continue to work with a variety of Baylake Bank
business clients in Brown and Door Counties and has a great team
of experienced specialists in finance, wealth services, private
banking and retail banking to collaborate with him. Jamie has
also joined the Senior Management Team, and I look forward to
the perspective he will bring to our team,” said Cera.
Alberts earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
from Carroll University in 1995. He began working with Baylake
Bank shortly thereafter, and has worked in the bank’s Commercial
Banking group for more than 16 years. He currently serves as a
board member for Door Cancer Inc., and is an active volunteer
for charitable organizations throughout Door and Brown Counties.
“It’s extremely rewarding to be able to provide this leadership
opportunity to such a deserving and integral mentor and role
model within our bank. Jamie lives the mission of our company,
and enthusiastically accepted the role with the unique
opportunities and challenges it presents. I look forward with
anticipation as to what he and our professional Green Bay area
banking team will be able to achieve,” Cera added.
