Market Manager Earns Graduate Degree

Matthew Lemke, Baylake Bank AVP–Bay Region Market Manager,
recently completed training through the prestigious Graduate
School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Lemke
has more than 10 years of banking experience, and earned his BBA
from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, with a double major in
Finance and Economics. He currently holds Series 7 and 66
Investment Licenses, as well as Wisconsin Life and Health
Insurance Licenses.
As with all other attendees, Lemke’s instruction at the Graduate
School of Banking took place during two-week resident sessions
for three consecutive summers, along with comprehensive study
between summer resident sessions. The curriculum focuses on the
management of strategic issues faced by banking executives and
financial services industry professionals.
The School is sponsored by the 18 state bankers associations
comprising the Central States Conference of Bankers
Associations, and the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and was
established in 1945 to provide bankers with an opportunity for
advanced study and research in banking, economics, and
leadership.
