eBanc is your internet access to Baylake Bank, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week:

What you'll need:


1.  You must know your Telebanc password and user code (your account number).   If you do not have a Telebanc password, request your password from your Customer Service Representative in person or call 1-800-267-3610.

2. Use a screen resolution set to 800 x 600 for best performance. This is variable based on the monitor size. For example, on a 14 inch monitor the 800 x 600 would be good, but 1024x 768 would be better on a 17 inch monitor.

3.  Minimum Browser Requirements (Some online banking features may not be available with earlier browser versions).

Internet Explorer 11 eBanc Customers:
If you are having issues when logging in to eBanc you may need to add the eBanc Log In webpage to your “Compatibility View Settings”.
    1) Go to eBanc log in screen; 
    2) Click “Tools” from the browser menu, then click “Compatibility View Settings”;
    3) Add this website: secure1.ufsdata.com then click “Add”.
If you still have issues logging in, please use a different browser or call us at 1-800-267-3610 for assistance.

 


Security warning for Windows XP users.
Microsoft is no longer providing security updates for Windows XP. Microsoft warns Windows XP users: "your computer will still work but it might become more vulnerable to security risks and viruses.
