What you'll need:1. You must know your Telebanc
password and
user code (your account number). If you do not have a Telebanc password,
request your
password from your Customer Service Representative in
person or call 1-800-267-3610. 2. Use a screen resolution set to 800 x 600 for best performance.
This is variable based
on the monitor size. For
example, on a 14 inch monitor the 800 x 600 would be good, but 1024x
768 would be better on a 17
inch monitor. 3. Minimum Browser
