Baylake Bank Tall Ship Festival Returns to Wisconsin

Baylake Bank is proud to once again serve as title sponsor in bringing this unique event to our region. The Baylake Bank Tall Ship Festival has become symbolic of our organizationís support and involvement in the community and our commitment to the local economy. It is a great fit with our history and nautical brand, and more importantly, with our mission to "help build the good life" in our communities.

Serving as title sponsor for this major festival in Green Bay, as well as facilitating ship visits to Sturgeon Bay, has been a wonderful way for us to partner with local businesses, community leaders, and non-profit organizations.

We thank you for joining in the excitement of the 2013 events, and being part of an amazing community of Baylake Bank Tall Ship Festival enthusiasts!

All About Community

Community involvement has always been a key part of the Baylake Bank Tall Ship Festival experience and will be again this year.

New in 2013, festival coordinator PMI Entertainment Group has formed a collaboration with Junior Achievement that will focus on financial education -- a topic of great importance to Baylake Bank. For more than 135 years, Baylake Bank has supported the very things that are the educational pillars of Junior Achievement---Entrepreneurship, Workforce Readiness, and Financial Literacy. By helping our schools, customers, and workforce communities build their personal financial knowledge, we help them achieve their financial goals.

Another crucial community connection is our support of the Great Lakes through tall ship festival activities. At Baylake Bank, we understand the importance of our waterfront and Lake Michigan as a non-renewable fresh water resource, and we will continue our support of water conservation, and ways each of us can make a difference in the health of our water supply.

None of our tall ship activities would be possible without the assistance of the U.S. Coast Guard Marine Safety Detachment (USCG-MSD)óSturgeon Bay. This team is responsible for overseeing the safety of all navigable waters of Western Lake Michigan from the city of Kenosha, Wisconsin, north to Thompson, Michigan. We're grateful for their support and partnership, and proud to have them as our neighbors in Door County.

Working together, groups such as Junior Achievement, PMI, USCG, Baylake Bank -- and all of the many individuals and organizations that support the Baylake Bank Tall Ship Festival -- are truly helping build the good life on a grand scale in northeastern Wisconsin. Whether youíre supporting the event as a sponsor, volunteer, or festival fan, your contributions are making a difference. Thank you!

The festival is expected to attract nearly 60,000 attendees, and hundreds of volunteers were needed to help make it a success. Baylake Bank Tall Ship Festival
