Premier Community Bank Purchases Four Baylake Bank Offices

Marion, WI, and Sturgeon Bay, WI — The pending purchase of four Baylake Bank branch offices in Waupaca County by Premier Community Bank was finalized today according to respective bank Presidents & CEOs Robert J. Cera and Thomas J. Pamperin.

Premier Community Bank, headquartered in Marion, Wisconsin, currently has banking offices in Marion, Scandinavia, Iola, Bonduel, Shawano, Tigerton, Bear Creek and Pulaski. With the opening of the new Premier locations on Monday, September 10, 2012, the company’s service area will expand to include Waupaca, King, Manawa, and Fremont communities.

“We believe this extension of service is an important and natural move for Premier that will provide our customers with greater access and convenience to financial opportunities,” Pamperin said. “The staff of both Premier Community Bank and Baylake Bank have been working together to ensure a smooth transition for customers, and we look forward to opening as Premier Community Bank on Monday to serve these four excellent communities.”
