Baylake Bank CEO Elected to State Banker Board

July 23, 2010 - Robert J. Cera, CEO of Baylake Corp and Baylake Bank, has been elected to the Wisconsin Bankers Association Board of Directors.

The Wisconsin Bankers Association was founded in 1892, and is the state’s largest financial industry trade association, representing 300 commercial banks and savings institutions and their nearly 2,300 branch offices and almost 30,000 employees. Cera’s board term with the WBA runs to 2013.

He joined Baylake in 2006, and has been in the financial services industry for nearly 20 years. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin—Green Bay, Cera is also a Certified Public Accountant. He and his wife, Carrie, live in Green Bay with their three children.
