Baylake Bank Staff Members Earn Recognition

April 9, 2010 - Several Baylake Bank employees recently achieved “Admiral Circle” recognition. The bank management team honored each of these individuals for their superior performance and service excellence, and for consistently demonstrating Baylake Bank core values: Jane Jandrin, Linnea Pichette, Carol Van De Yacht, Leanne Gervais, Shannon Liebergen, Marcia Peterson, Vicki Shefchik, Dana Sperber, Dawn Peterson, Travis LeRoy, Cindy McCambridge, Diane Courtney, Dave Doell, Janelle Binsfeld, Lydia Bessert, and Becky Claflin.

In addition, Baylake’s Lydia Bessert earned FMP (Facilities Management Professional) knowledge based credentials. As Vice President of Facilities Management, Bessert is responsible for ensuring that all Baylake Bank facilities, including 28 financial centers, a loan operations center, and a conference center, provide an adequate, safe, and hospitable environment for all internal and external customers.
