Sweepstakes Check Scam Alert 3/2/10

Baylake Bank has been notified of a check scam: A fraudulent letter in circulation states that you have won the Publishers Clearing House sweepstakes and informs you to call Jack Thorton-Admin @ 1-877-779-5811 ext. #1. A check is included in the amount of $4001.50. Do not attempt to cash or deposit the bad check to avoid becoming a victim of fraud.
