Rick Hearden and John Hauser Join Baylake Management Team

October 22, 2009-- Baylake Bank CEO Rob Cera announced that Rick Hearden has been hired as Senior Vice President – Director Middle Market Banking. He also announced that John Hauser has returned to Baylake after a brief time away from the organization.

Hearden obtained a B.B.A. from St. Norbert College, M.B.A. from University of Notre Dame, and he also completed the Wisconsin Bankers Association Commercial Lending School. He is currently an Associate Director of the Wisconsin State Golf Association, a Director of the Brown County United Way, and an Associate Director of The First Tee of Northeastern Wisconsin. He has also served as President of the Door County Triathlon, as a Director of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeastern Wisconsin, and was the Founding President of both Green Bay Country Club and Horseshoe Bay Golf Club.

“Cash management, insurance, and other related banking services have been an important focus for Rick during his banking career. His background includes a successful track record of generating new business, and we are pleased to have him on board to enhance our commercial and industrial banking effectiveness throughout the company footprint,” said Cera.

Hauser earned a BA in Mathematics from the University of Chicago, and MBA in Finance, Investments and Banking from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. He also completed the Graduate School of Banking, and holds Series 7 and Series 66 licenses. He is on the Sturgeon Bay School Board of Directors, Door County YMCA Board of Directors, and Sturgeon Bay Board of Review. He has also served on the Door County Library Board, Sturgeon Bay City Council, Sturgeon Bay Utility Commission, Peninsula Players Theater Foundation Board, and more.
