CONTROLLER
- Sturgeon Bay Financial Center
The Controller serves as the bank’s secondary financial executive and is
responsible for the bank’s fiscal record keeping activities. Principal duties
would include preparation of financial reports for senior management,
maintenance of cash accounts and budgets, strategic fiscal planning, working
with auditors and regulators, assisting with month/year end process, assisting
with annual budgeting for all departments, and identifying areas of fiscal
concern or opportunity for the bank.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in financial accounting and five
years or more of financial experience in banking or a bank related field. CPA
designation preferred. Candidates must possess a thorough understanding of bank
financial statements, SEC and Regulatory reporting, and accounting, as well as
good analytical and organizational skills, a high degree of accuracy, and
proficiency in Microsoft Office. A successful Controller will maintain a high
level of confidentiality, be a team player and have a high tolerance for

FINANCIAL ADVISOR ASSISTANT
- Baylake Bank, Green Bay
Seeking a dynamic financial services professional to join our Financial Advisor
team. As a Financial Advisor Assistant you will be responsible for assisting the
Financial Advisors with acquiring, retaining and expanding customer
relationships.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft
Office, proven customer service skills, financial services experience, and the
ability to prioritize multiple deadlines is required. Undergraduate degree
strongly desired. FINRA securities licensing is a plus.

LEGAL SECRETARY

The Legal Secretary is located in our Sturgeon Bay Financial Center.
Responsibilities include drafting and filing legal pleadings; collection
activities including processing levies and garnishments; maintaining legal
files; preparing and distributing reports; and assisting others in the legal
department.
To be successful in this position, candidates must possess substantial skills in
both legal and banking procedure and a business education beyond high school or
the equivalent experience; maintain high level of confidentiality and attention
to detail; have excellent communication and analytical skills; and demonstrate
proficiency with Microsoft programs.

PERSONAL BANKER - Sturgeon Bay
As a Personal Banker, you will counsel customers on their financial matters,
open a variety of accounts, sell bank products and services and develop business
in your community. Successful Personal Bankers are goal oriented, have excellent

Saturday mornings on a rotating basis.
