CASH MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT -Green Bay
This position will involve providing administrative support by preparing correspondence and reports for cash management sales team. In addition, the cash management assistant will greet and respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services.

To succeed in this position, this person must take ownership, have initiative and a high level of integrity. In addition, strong organizational and communication skills, ability to multi-task and meet competing deadlines are a must. FINANCIAL ADVISOR ASSISTANT - Waupaca
We are seeking a dynamic financial services professional to join our Financial Advisor team at Baylake Wealth Services. As a Financial Advisor Assistant you will be responsible for assisting the Financial Advisors with obtaining, retaining and expanding customer relationships.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills, Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, proven customer service skills, financial services experience, and the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines is required. Undergraduate degree strongly desired. FINRA securities registrations is a plus.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR) - Ashwaubenon (Full-Time), Kewaunee (Part-time with benefits)
As a CSR, you will be responsible for professionally handling and servicing customer transactions and promoting cross sales opportunities in the teller line.

Requirements for these positions include excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a numerical aptitude, and the ability to work well within a team unit. Applicants must also possess a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to stand 85-95% of the time and lift up to 50 pounds. Previous cash handling and customer service experience a must.
